One of the goals of our website is to provide our current members with a wide range of services online. You can search IMG's independent Preferred Provider Organization for a doctor or hospital, find the form you need, or update your personal information through our site.

PPO Network Search

Our PPO network is organized and administered by The First Health Network. To search for a medical care provider within the independent Preferred Provider Organization network, simply click the title above. The PPO directory is updated on a routine basis, however changes may be made between updates. To ensure that the physician you have selected is in the network, please contact the physician's office to confirm his/her participation.

International Provider Access

Search IMG’s International Provider Access database for medical, dental and other care providers by facility, country, city, physician and specialty throughout the world. The care providers contained in this database are not within the PPO network administered by the First Health Network.

Are you missing a form that you need? You can download many of IMG's brochures, forms and applications, giving you the ability to simply print them off and fill them out.
